I just had a quick listen to these at my local Apple Store. Remarkably comfortable with a ‘generic’ mobile sound, if you know what I mean? Refined, good bass, with enough fizz up top to make even rap sound mildly interesting. If you’ve heard Bose’s Quiet Comforts or the B&W cans, you’ve got the gist.

Bang and Olufsen’s H6s feature ‘…carefully selected high quality materials like leather and aluminium. They make Beoplay H6 comfortable to wear and bring a sense of everyday luxury. Also, every day wear and tear merely adds patina, and makes BeoPlay H6 age beautifully. The softness of the lambskin on the ear pads is the first thing you’ll notice [I did - Ed], when you put on BeoPlay H6. When you wear the headphone, the memory foam inside the ear pads adapts ensuring great comfort. The head band needs to be durable and age with grace. Therefore, we have chosen cow leather, that gains patina and personality when worn.’

These headphones are roughly the same price as the Focals listed below. Has anyone heard both?
